I knew from the very initial consultation that this project would become a favorite! With so many unique characteristics, the most fun personality and a gorgeous exterior — it could only get better!

This family are the ultimate hosting kings!! The functionality of this main entry & living space was extra important. Considering 20+ guests would often visit, the flow and function was our main priority. The wide open floor plan allowed for an unseen layout that became just what the clients needed.

Can you even handle all of those windows?! This lived in home was not hard to design around with everything that was given! Tell me what you love the most! The layered rugs? Furniture layout? Incredible coffee tables? I know, i know, its a hard question to answer. xo enjoy!
